Our Helene Fischer is called Slime

The regular reader will have noticed that I haven't written anything about the game our boys in brown and white played last Friday. Well, I had to let this captivating experience sink in. Ultimately, I thought that a Champions League matchday was just the right time to publish my experiences. And yes, I stole the headline from LuMetic's tweet and refers to my spoiler of a halftime show the morning before the home game on that same Twitter.

?!? Our Helene Fischer is Dicken from Slime?😉

Yes, and that was the actual reason and therefore also the highlight for the game between FC St. Pauli and the 1st Region from Kaiserslautern: the presentation of a new song at halftime by Slime - a nice sing-along number with many familiar faces in the video. It's worth it…

And, oh wonder, DFB, no one even whistled - so they whistled along... 😉

What else was there? Oh yes, FC St. Pauli played fantastic football against the region. Rarely have I seen anything better and more entertaining. Unfortunately, I dislocated my jaw while yawning. Finally a striker's goal, the crowd around the stadium sighed. And when there was actually nothing left to burn, an avoidable mistake happened in defense and the equalizer was lost. Well, at least we didn't lose heavily against a team in the relegation zone. Things are looking up at FC St. Pauli. I was still happy that I had the mental balance on Sundays first seeing women play could…

So don't forget that this weekend the Harbor Girls are playing their Kick Ass Cup: International roller derby sport. There is also good music there. And Bundesliga – even an important game against Stuttgart, in which the Harbor Girls can take a big step towards the top of the table this Bundesliga season. I don't want to describe anything, but still a celebration like this I would like to take photos 😉

So come along: all information about the Kick Ass Cup 2017 at the Harbor Girls!

  1. "And when nothing could go wrong anymore, an avoidable mistake was made in defense and the equalizer was scored. Well, at least we didn't lose heavily against a team in the relegation zone. Things are looking up for FC St. Pauli."

    Thank you.

    1. PLUOOOO EEEEEEIIIIINS!!!

Bad number, like an 80's Do They Know It's Christmas singsong. Well, Punk's not dead—it just smells funny.

  2. Pictures are great as always, thanks for the tip about the new single, unfortunately it wasn't announced so it didn't get any attention. Occasionally there were even whistles because there was no usual...
