As a tourist at the port of Hamburg

Sometimes there are coincidences that no one believes and provide a lot of fun despite completely atypical photography behavior. And it happened like this: I'm sitting in the less political over a good coffee as completely independent of each other and without knowing about each other, at the same time mine Photo buddies Bjørn and Stefan come in. Bjørn was just there IPS by 50-140 / 2.8 * borrowed for his Fuji X-T20. Of course he wanted to see the lens in action right away. Well, but what to do with such a long focal length? Let's go to the port of Hamburg, so we can at least photograph a few seagulls...

Said and done. On the way I quickly grab my own 50-140 and hug Stefan cheap 200-500* for his Nikon in his hand so that he too can take photos with a long bag. He also attracted all the attention at the port of Hamburg... 😀

As soon as she arrived, the Aida Prima left the port. And a few minutes later the Hamburg weather shows itself at its best and varied side. We then spent almost two hours taking photos at the port of Hamburg in sunshine and pouring rain as if we were there for the first time. We had a lot of fun and pretty much threw our usual approach overboard. I really don't know when I last voluntarily traveled with a long focal length. Normally I only use them on the sidelines sporting events.

The result are typical and mostly boring tourist shots, which are worth a blog post thanks to the magnificent light spectacle over the port of Hamburg. At least I think so. Maybe you too? Here are the pictures (click to enlarge)

Stefan and Bjørn showed their pictures on Facebook: Bjørn with Fuji, Stefan with Nikon.
