FC St. Pauli 1. Women's team photos

Shortly before the new season began, I had the honor of photographing the first regional league women's team in the history of FC St. Pauli. It was the team's wish to be photographed in the newly designed players' tunnel in the Millerntor Stadium. I don't know if you've ever been in there - red and dark are the key points that come to mind when I think of this photo location. Neither of these are ideal conditions for portraits. But as the saying goes: "Photography means solving problems" 🙂

I then have the modeling light on my mobile with the large umbrella profoto System used and with the Noctilux Photographed wide open and 1/60s at ISO800. Not something I want to do in the long term, but this is a sensible way to adequately showcase the women's team and location. Of course it wasn't easy and I would like to thank everyone in the team for their patience Men would have run away a long time ago. Their autograph cards look quite similar, but they are just Photoshop 😉

Unfortunately not everyone could be there, so there wasn't enough for a team photo, but we'll definitely do that later.

Who the 1st women see in action wants: the next home game is next Sunday at 15 p.m. in the Feldstrasse Arena. It's worth it and the women are currently playing more successfully than the men.
