Haha, are you thinking now – the Groenveld is totally going crazy, doing a review of the season, even though the season doesn’t start until tomorrow…
Yes, that's right, but that's the season review for last season 🙂
In order to bridge the tension before the first game a little, I quickly put together my personal favorite pictures from the 2012/13 season and made a little slideshow.
The hardest thing for me is always to find the right music, because of course I want to use free music so that it can GEMA doesn't block the slideshow again straight away. If there is anyone among my readers who would like to write me a more suitable soundtrack after the next season, I would be happy to receive timely advice.
Last season only went better at the end, but I don't think things will go well straight away this season. Here I would like to point out the possibility of... Overachiever ends up becoming a prophecy hero to become. Here are my assessments:
1) FC St.Pauli ended the season in 9th place in the table
2) We get a total of 7 points against the relegated Düsseldorf and Fürth.
3) We get a total of 6 points against the newly promoted Karlsruhe and Bielefeld.
4) In the DFB Cup, FC St.Pauli will be watching after the first round.
5) FC St.Pauli's most successful goalscorer in the league is Philipp Tschauner
6) The U23 finishes the Regionalliga Nord in 12th place - after license revocation due to financial difficulties of other teams, the U23 is upgraded to 2nd and is promoted because the champion Wolfsburg goes bankrupt...
Bonus Questions:
a) Topic that the OVERSTEIGER absolutely has to put on the cover this season: Toxins in energy drinks
b) Number of days on which Rainer Wendt's comments will make you hit your desk again in the coming season: 0
c) If I had one wish for our club from a very competent fairy, it would be as follows: that he has enough money in the bank to be able to buy the naming rights to the stadium at the waste incineration plant and rename it "little Millerntor".
I'll be happy when the season finally starts...
Hopefully you are wrong with 5), otherwise it will be difficult with 1) *g*
Have you already attended Mr. F.'s secret tactics training? You see… 😉
Great !!!
Thank you
Oh... how beautiful!
: )
See you in the morning …
Hello Stefan
I just saw it today. It's OK, your choice of music.
As far as GEMA is concerned, it is a complete mystery to me. For private purposes, I have uninhibitedly "borrowed" "On the Road again" and "Going up the Country" by Canned Heat or "(This is) The End" by the Doors as MP3s from the corresponding YouTube videos. And I will be careful not to put such "music-filled" works online! But how is it even possible that these classics are available on the internet without being bothered, and that GEMA immediately makes a big deal about some low-quality crap music?
Music for your own videos and slide shows is always an issue. I recently listened to my licensed GEMA-free music until I was exhausted, so that I could at least save the second- and third-rate music separately and mercilessly delete the unlistenable rubbish.
Back to your St. Pauli review: It's okay!
Ralf
Thank you
