"Pirates are unbeatable"

Children are wonderful things. They make grown people do something they've never done before. And actually didn't want to do it either.

The esteemed Mr. Buddenbohm – who is already enjoying my newfound love Heligoland is guilty - has two children, about whom he always tells nice stories his blog, but also into books writes. Now he has also written something for me: his first visit to the Millerntor. My favorite passage is:

St. Pauli has the unbeatable advantage of the skull as an identification symbol, for little boys there isn't much to think about - the club has to be good, it's with pirates. The other big Hamburg club has a dinosaur as a mascot, nice try, but that's not enough. Pirates are known to be unbeatable.

But Better read for yourself...

  1. :top: 😉 And to compensate, Lymmel, who is standing down there on the sidelines and has a clue, actually has to come to the island festival on the old rock in mid-July and put on the pirate hat 😉
