New York travel diary – day 9

A day late, a few more pictures from my visit to Top of the Rock – the observation deck in Rockefeller Center from the 67th to 70th floors.

Since the weather wasn't great, there was a fairly short wait and quite a bit of space to take photos. There are higher observation decks in New York, but only Rockefeller Center offers a view of the Empire State Building and Central Park.

By the way, the trip to the top currently costs $22 per person.

  1. I liked the view from Rockefeller Center much more than the view from the Empire State Building - the only advantage of the ESB: you can see the Chrysler Building better 🙂

    Nice pictures again, and when it comes to light pollution (that's what it's really called), New York is quite extreme...
