Yesterday FC St. Pauli won again. A number of convalescents were able to recover. This is the positive news from yesterday's game in the second Bundesliga between FC St. Pauli and FSV Frankfurt.
Otherwise it was a stupid game for the Sankt Paulians and if it hadn't been against the completely harmless Frankfurt team yesterday and if Hamburg's goalkeeper Philipp Tschauner hadn't had another good day, it would probably have been the third home defeat in a row. Coach André Schubert was correspondingly angry after the game.
But as a respected football expert put it so aptly last night: “Whoever wins the most stupid games gets promoted.” Perhaps a little euphoric, but essentially correct.
Well, the boring game had one advantage: I had enough time to capture the lighting conditions for one or two nice pictures. Plays of light and shadow, so to speak.
By the way, the choreos for North and South are also wonderful! There was only light and no shadow...
